As per the latest reports, veteran actor Jagdeep who worked in the films Sholay, Andaz Apna Apna, and Purana Mandir passed away at the age of 81. Bollywood actor Jagdeep is the father of actor Javed Jafferi and TV host Naved. He was part of 400 Bollywood films.
Few minutes after news broke out film fraternity expressed grief about the same on social media. According to a close friend, Jagdeep’s real name was Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed Jafri but people knew him by his stage name. As per reports, the legendary actor was not feeling well and died today at 8:30 pm in Bandra.

Producer Mehmood Ali said Jagdeep was unwell because of age issues. Jagdeep started his career when he was nine years old and is famous for his expression khambha ukhadke. Bollywood stars including Ajay Devgn, Hansal Mehta, and others took to social media and prayed for him.
Bollywood has witnessed many deaths in the last three months and they are still trying to cope up. Jagdeep’s fans also poured in condolence for the late actor and shared many photos and videos of him.
