India registered a strong protest with Pakistan for more than 2400 ceasefire violations this year by Pakistan troops on the international boundary and LoC (Line of Control). As per reports, around 14 Indians were killed.

As per sources, Pakistan troops have killed 14 Indian citizens in 2020 and more than 88 Indian nationals have been severely injured in the unprovoked ceasefire violations. The source also mentioned that Pakistan forces have been sending terrorists to India through covering fire.

India lodges protest with Pakistan for ceasefire violations

Indians have filed a complaint through Directors General of Military Operations (DGMOs) but Pakistan has not taken any action to cease the activities. It should be noted that India has accused Pakistan troops of sending terrorists via Jammu and Kashmir through covering fire. The relations got worsed after the central government scrapped Kashmir’s special status last year.

A few days back, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan accused India of the terror attack at the Karachi Stock Exchange building. The incident left four Pakistan troops dead and all attackers were also killed. Replying to Pakistan, India called the allegations absurd and said Pakistan should not blame India for its domestic matters.
