Mumbai: A man in killed his elder brother in Mumbai with two employees on June 2 and tried to show as an accident but was caught recently. As per reports, the man killed his elder brother over business issues at Thane.

Mumbai: A man in killed his elder brother in Mumbai with two employees on June 2 and tried to show as an accident but was caught recently. As per the latest updates, the younger brother killed his elder brother over business issues.

As per Mumbai police, the deceased or the elder brother has been identified as Mahesh Chawla who was 48 years old and the accused or the younger brother was identified as Anil Chawla. Both the brothers had a big supermarket which they operating for many years.

Anil and his two employees hit Mahesh with an iron object and placed his body in their own supermarket. Later, they alleged that Mahesh died accidentally after falling from a 7 feet ladder. However, at the time of postmortem Kopri police found the death suspicious and investigated in the matter.

The incident was reported on June 2 when Mahesh Chawla’s brother called the police claiming it was an accident. Crime police inspector D Gawde said the statement given by the family members were doubtful. They said the incident happened around 3 pm but they informed the police quite late. As per reports, the elder brother was taken to the hospital around 5 pm which was much later. The postmortem report also stated many injuries on the head which made the police suspicious.
