Punjab COVID19 Updates: Two Patiala Men Infected from Virus

The health department shared the details of the Punjab COVID19 updates. Two men found coronavirus positive in the Patiala city.

One of them is 50-year-old and the second one is 35-year-old are the residents of Punjab’s royal city. Both of them tested on April 11, 2020. Then the positive reports came on April 14, 2020.

According to the District Health Department, only COVID19 cases infected in Punjab. Still, no information collected regarding the travel history of the infected city of the Patiala residents.

They kept in the isolation ward of the Government Medical Hospital located in Patiala City. Moreover, the 50-year-old person lived in Safabadi Gate.

The second person whose age is 35 years old worked as a gardener and worker in the Punjab Civil Services (PCS) officer residence.

Dr. Harish Malhotra (Civil Surgeon) is working on the two positive cases. He added that there are no connections between them.

As per the reports, there are three positive cases updated in the region. Earlier, a person with Amarinder Singh (Chief Minister, Punjab) raised his concern on the increasing patients in the state.

He mentioned about the extended lockdown news in the Punjab COVID19 updates bulletin. Earlier, a 21-year-old found coronavirus positive came from Dubai.

He recovered from the illness and then discharged from the hospital. Captain Singh worried about the community spread of the virus in Punjab.

India is battling with the COVID19 deadly virus. More than 11K infected patients tested and admitted to the hospital for the treatment.

The state severely affected by the virus include Rajasthan, Kerala, Telangana, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.

However, Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani went in quarantine after coming in contact with coronavirus infected person. Soon, Rupani will go to the doctors for the corona testing. Markaz people are responsible for the increasing cases in India.
