In a recent interview, BSP leader Mayawati said late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s case is getting murkier day by day and CBI investigation should be done to ensure justice. As we are all aware, Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging at his Mumbai residence on June 14.

The 34-year-old actor has been a part of popular films like PK, Dil Bechara, Chhichhore, and others. According to his postmortem report, Sushant was suffering from severe depression and committed suicide. However, Mumbai police is investigating in the case and till now no foul play has been reported.

Recently, BSP leader Mayawati asked for a CBI investigation in the case. It should be noted that Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh said there will be no CBI investigation in the case after Sushant’s father filed an FIR against his girlfriend Rhea. Sushant’s fans are also demanding a CBI investigation.

BSP leader Mayawati took to social media and expressed her concern in the case. She also claimed that the decision has been taken by the Maharashtra government because of their political interest but they should be serious.

Mumbai police have investigated more than 40 people in the case including Bollywood celebrities like Mahesh Bhatt, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Aditya Chopra, and others but no official statement has been revealed yet and they are still trying to find the cause of death.
