Javed Akhtar spoke on Delhi riots & case filed in Bihar court

A complaint is filed in the Bihar court against Javed Akhtar (lyricist). He gave his remarks for the Delhi riots and Tahir Hussain (AAP Councillor).

Moreover, a local advocate named Amit Kumar filed the legal case in the court. Thakur Amit Kumar (Chief Judicial Magistrate) considered the case too.

A newspaper report revealed that Javed’s comments affected the religious views of the people. He is encountering issues due to his remarks.

On the other hand, the media report based on Akhtar’s tweets posted on February 27, 2020.

He uploaded on his account that “So many killed, so many injured, so many houses burned, so many shops looted so many people turned destitute, but police have sealed only a house and looking for his/her. Incidentally, his name is Tahir. Therefore, Hats off to the consistency of the Delhi police in the case.”

The violence in the northeast regions of Delhi affected the lives of the people.

However, 200 innocent people injured, and around 42 citizens lost their lives. Meanwhile, the former Rajya Sabha member heavily trolled for his tweets too.

In his posts on social media revealed his rationalist mentality in society. However, he gave his clarification on Tahir’s case too.

He wrote the lyrics of the Hindi movies such as Silsila, Panga, Gully Boy, Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya, Yess Boss, Kal Ho Naa Ho, Dastak, Wake Up Sid and Swades.
