A complaint is filed in the Bihar court against Javed Akhtar (lyricist). He gave his remarks for the Delhi riots and Tahir Hussain (AAP Councillor).
Moreover, a local advocate named Amit Kumar filed the legal case in the court. Thakur Amit Kumar (Chief Judicial Magistrate) considered the case too.
A newspaper report revealed that Javed’s comments affected the religious views of the people. He is encountering issues due to his remarks.

He uploaded on his account that “So many killed, so many injured, so many houses burned, so many shops looted so many people turned destitute, but police have sealed only a house and looking for his/her. Incidentally, his name is Tahir. Therefore, Hats off to the consistency of the Delhi police in the case.”
