This came in response to the appeal of engineer turned education reformer Sonam Wangchuk to boycott software in a week and hardware in a year.
He twitted, “I am no longer on TikTok #BoycottChineseProducts,” He also shared the video clip of Sonam Wangchuck.
In his video, he explains, that this time the battle would be on two fronts. China will face casualties on both the front line, be it the border or the trade. He said the army would reply with bullets but we the ordinary people will reply with wallets.
A complete boycott of Chinese software within a week and hardware in a year as we need to develop local and global supply chains to cater to this demand.
He further explains that Chinese establish whenever faces a dip in GDP and not able to keep up with their economic growth tries to escalate situation at the border to divert people attention back home to nationalistic views and avoid internal uprisings.
