Rules to Follow to Lose weight at home easy:

  • Add proteins to your diet- Eat eggs in the morning, or eat panner if you are a vegetarian. Add chicken and fish to your diet, high the protein intake, more you would feel full.
  • Decrease or eliminate the sugar intake- Follow no white regime- No white atta, no white chawal, no white sugar, and you would be on your way to lose weight. In turn, you can add, roti to your diet on some days, brown rice, brown chawal, brown sugar or gud which is good for health.
  • Drink black coffee or green tea twice a day, in the morning and in the evening without SUGAR or HONEY. Adding the preservatives in it are like adding toppings the pizza.
  • Dairy products are a no no- No ghee, no milk, no malai, no butter. Adding these to your diet is like adding more and more calories to yourself which btw are very very very hard to lose.
  • EXERCISE- yes you have to exercise, at least for 15 minutes or 30 minutes if you want to walk. For 15 minutes focus on jumping, dancing, going all loose and not thinking about anybody, the higher the cardio without breaks the more the calories lost.
