As per reports, England player Ben Stokes became No.1 all-rounder in the ICC’S latest ranking fpr the first time, the decision was taken after his superb performance in second Test match against West Indies. Earlier, Jason Holder who is the captain of West Indies was in the first position. It should be noted that the ICC’s list also includes Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin in the top 5 all-rounders.
Indian captain Virat Kohli stands at second position in the list with 886 rating points and Australian player Steve Smith took the first position with 911 points. Talking about Ben Stokes, he is in third position with 827points. 8th position is taken by Cheteshwar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane is at 10th place.

Ben stokes has been performing brilliantly lately and recently he scored 89 runs in Southampton Test against the West Indies, he also took 6 wickets. Apart from that, he scored 176 runs on Monday. In the Manchester Test, the cricketer scored 50 runs in just 36 balls.
Ben Stokes also became the first player to score 250 runs and took two wickets in a single Test for England. He is the first player in England to earn the title of ICC’s best all-rounder after 2006, previously it was taken by England player Andrew Flintoff.
