Shoaib Akhtar says Babar Azam aims to reach scale set by Virat, Smith

He also praised both Virat and Azam calling them talented players and thinks that both of them should not be compared.

Presently, Indian team captain Virat Kohli, England captain Joe Root, New Zealand captain Williamson and former Australia captain Steve Smith are known to be the best batsmen and Pakistan player Babar Azam wants to join the league now.

Shoaib Akhtar said, Babar is highly talented and is all set to stand with these legendary players Kohli, Root, Williamson. He also added that Azam and Kohli should not be compared as Pakistan plays fewer Tests and ODIs as compared to India.

Shoaib Akhtar says Babur Azam all set to break records like Kohli 

According to Shoaib Akhtar, both Virat and Azam will break many records in the future as both are very dedicated and it will be not correct to compare these two. However, it will be interesting to see how Babar Azam performs in the upcoming matches and will he be able to match Virat or Smith’s level of performance.
